Christian is always looking for new ways to engage those he works with. He is supportive, caring and patient, and listens to learners’ needs to forge strong and trusting relationships.

His empathy means he can be turned to for advice and guidance, providing extra support to those who need it. He uses a tailored approach for his pupils and is not afraid to try new things and supports his colleagues to do the same.

He is very good at building rapport and has a great sense of humour.  He is highly respected and clearly knows how to manage groups of pupils to enable them to learn effectively.
