William is full of energy and enthusiasm and is an inspirational role model for pupils and staff. He leads with empathy and compassion and goes the extra mile to help pupils overcome adversities in their life outside of school, and he is highly innovative in his approach to supporting even the most challenging of pupils. He ensures the school is an inviting and inclusive learning environment where every child is welcomed into the Albany family and strives to give all pupils the support and encouragement they need to fulfil their full potential and believe in themselves in order to get the best educational start in their young lives.
