Teresa has an outstanding understanding of every pupil’s needs and aspirations and works with them as individuals to encourage independence and engage with them on a purposeful and meaningful level.  She builds relationships quickly and goes out of her way to ensure consistency and exceptional care and support for learners throughout their time at school, providing praise and encouragement in order for them to flourish. She is a born classroom leader and role model as well as a team player, extended family member and confidant for pupils and staff alike.
