Lisa’s vision ensures that every pupil is valued and inspired to succeed, thrive and grow as individuals and can leave school with confidence in their ability to use Welsh. Promoting the Welsh Language and creating an ethos has been at the heart of her work as a successful teacher and leader. She demonstrates an enthusiasm for teaching and has created a climate for the use of the Welsh Language in the classroom. She is committed to inspiring pupils to become enthusiastic, independent and bilingual citizens whatever their background, ability or beliefs and become proud Welsh speakers in the twenty-first century.
