Richard Watkins

Richard works tirelessly to set up collaborative research groups across the region and has been a key driver in setting up CIEREI (Collaborative Institute for Education Research, Evidence and Impact). Since 2014, over 250 schools have taken part in collaborative research projects set up by Richard through his work as a Supporting Improvement Advisor and with CIEREI. Richard is inspirational and engages with all stakeholders to improve learning outcomes for pupils. 

Headteachers speak of Richard as being unassumingly brilliant, unique and different. He is thought provoking in a positive way and genuinely cares for colleagues, parents and pupils.
