Rhian is inspirational, humble, warm and approachable. As a result of her vision and innate ability to lead and inspire others, she has reached the top of her profession after 35 years, 30 of those spent at the same school.
She has built trust and relationships within communities over her years of service, with parents and colleagues alike describing Rhian as their friend. Rhian recognises the potential in her staff, continually giving them opportunities to shine.
It is not an option for her to fail any child and she continually challenges and inspires her pupils. She is held in very high regard by all members of the school community.
