Pembroke Dock places wellbeing at the core of everything they do, celebrating the achievements of their pupils, parents and staff and allowing them the opportunity to voice their opinions and beliefs.

Since introducing schemes such as ‘Asymmetrical Fridays’, staff morale has soared. Parents have benefitted through parental engagement activities, impacting positively on their confidence and improving their self-esteem.

Pupils are given the opportunity to engage with pupil voice interventions, with children’s rights and empowerment at the heart. The school is united in the common goal that every child deserves success, regardless of their needs, backgrounds or any adversities.
