David is a highly motivated individual who offers exceptional support to vulnerable pupils at Caldicot School. He provides pupils with clear guidance and advice in such a way that they can apply it to their own lives and circumstances.
David plans a range of activities ranging from 1:1 pastoral session, to teaching sessions which enable pupils to achieve nationally recognised qualifications.
David utilises his musical, artistic and business skills to encourage pupils to think about their own aspirations for the future. Pupils describe him as ‘attentive, genuine, positive, trustworthy, fair and supportive’.
