The Welsh Government in February received recommendations from the Future Generations Commissioner, and a panel of procurement experts who support work on the Foundational Economy in Wales, identifying the need for a procurement centre of excellence (CoE).
Following a procurement exercise, Upside Projects Ltd (Upside), has been appointed as the supplier to undertake a discovery exercise, examining the CoE recommendations in more detail.
The project team is keen to ensure that the review is informed by the knowledge of a wide sample of stakeholders. We would like to hear your views and thoughts on the appropriateness of a CoE, including the potential services a CoE could offer.
