Exclusions – Guidance will be published shortly to assist devolved Welsh authorities (DWAs). In the meantime please refer to the UKG Exclusions guidance here. Where a DWA believes that a supplier poses a threat to national security, they should not exclude the supplier or notify the supplier of its intention to do so. In these instances DWAs should notify a Minister of the Crown (via UKG’s PRU on gov.uk). Where a DWA excludes a supplier from a procurement under any of the other exclusion grounds, they should notify the Wales Procurement Review Unit (WPRU) via WalesPRU@gov.wales.
