This report looks at play areas for under 11s, places for 11 to 15 year olds to meet with friends, clubs and organised activities and the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Main points
- 54% of parents of under 11s were satisfied with play areas for children. Of those who were dissatisfied, 84% said there is a lack of suitable outdoor spaces.
- 34% of people had heard of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, with 13% saying they have a fair idea of the rights it involves.
