These Directions make changes to the Community Pharmacy Contractual Framework for Wales by amendments to the Pharmaceutical Services (Advanced and Enhanced Services) (Wales) Directions 2005.

Details
The changes are:
- increase the proportion of medicines use reviews (MURs) provided to patients in national target groups making provision for an additional target group of people aged 85 or over taking 6 or more prescribed medicines
- replace the need for a signed consent form from patients with a requirement to keep a record for MURs and discharge medicines reviews
- allow local health boards to work with local pharmacies to provide antiviral collection and emergency supply services.
