The Border Control Post will enable import checks on sanitary and phytosanitary (SPS) goods arriving into Holyhead port to be undertaken.
We are requesting approval for a Special Development Order (SDO). A SDO is an urgent legislative request for planning permission.
The request has been made under section 59(3) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Individual names and other security sensitivities have been redacted.
