We are seeking views on changes to the central list for non-domestic rates (also known as business rates) from 1 April 2023.
Consultation description
Central list ratepayers pay their rates directly to the Welsh Government.
The proposed changes will clarify the treatment of certain operations taking place across multiple localities.
We are consulting on the treatment of the following types of distributed properties:
- telecommunications networks
- the mobile telecommunications sector
- railways.
