Original consultation

We are seeking information from broadband infrastructure and internet providers on next generation (NGA) broadband and gigabit network investment.

Consultation description

We are asking all recognised broadband infrastructure and internet providers in Wales to provide information at the premises level on where investment in NGA broadband and gigabit networks across Wales has already occurred, is currently being undertaken and is planned in the next 3 years.

With this information we will produce maps to define "White” premises and "Non-White" premises, as described in the “request for information” document. This will confirm the properties currently unable to access 30Mbps broadband services. A public consultation will follow this open market review.
