We are seeking your views on proposals for a Social Partnership (Wales) Bill.
Consultation description
This white paper sets out proposals for a Social Partnership Bill to strengthen social partnership arrangements in Wales and provide a framework to drive greater social equality for Welsh workers across the economy.
The white paper sets out to:
- establish a statutory social partnership council
- place a duty on public bodies to work in social partnership and promote fair work goals
- require specified public bodies to produce a procurement strategy in line with statutory guidance
