All manage homes and places user accounts are active for a rolling 6 month period.
On the 5th month, users will receive an email with a link to extend the account for a further 6 months. Users will also receive a reminder email 7 days before their account expires.
To notify us that someone with access has left your organisation email ManageHomesAndPlaces@gov.wales
We will remove their user account and they will no longer be able to access this service.
