A report assessing the perceived impact of the Integrated Care Fund in improving capacity to meet people’s health and social care needs.

The report presents findings covering the 2016 to 2021 period of the Integrated Care Fund.

The evaluation assessed the perceived impact of the fund in improving capacity to meet people’s health and social care needs.

In particular, it discusses how funded projects are making a positive difference to people’s health and wellbeing. These include improved mental health and quality of life. A range of outcomes were reported, reflecting the varied range of funded activities and groups worked with. It was not possible to understand  service user outcomes for the fund overall.
