Item 1: Welcome from the co-chairs
1. The co-chairs welcomed everyone to the meeting and discussed the agenda.
Item 2: Draft chapters of the Final Report
2. The commissioners discussed the draft structure of the final report.
Item 3: Subgroups update
3. The Secretariat updated the commissioners on the work and scheduling of the subgroups.
Item 4: Beaufort presentation on quantitative survey results
4. The co-chairs welcomed Fiona McAllister and Owen Knight from Beaufort Research. Fiona and Owen provided a brief presentation about the results of the quantitative survey.
Item 5: Communications plan for the final report
5. The co-chairs welcomed Sarah Wise and Gwilym Hughes from Working Word. Sarah and Gwilym gave a brief presentation on the communications plan for the final report.

6. The co-chairs updated the commissioners on upcoming meetings.
