Consultation description
Attachment of Earnings Orders (AEO) are used by local authorities to collect unpaid council tax.
We are proposing an update to earnings thresholds for Attachment of Earnings Orders (AEO). This will ensure the level of earnings taken into account for council tax purposes reflects current income levels.
