The Housing Support Grant aims to prevent homelessness and support people to access and/or maintain a stable and suitable home.
We give funding to local authorities to spend on projects aimed at preventing homelessness and helping people to live in their own home or supported housing.
Projects can include:
- support to help prevent homelessness
- support to help people live independently
