This report looks at satisfaction with accommodation, noise from neighbours, switching energy supplier, energy-saving measures, fire safety and smoke alarms.

Key points

  • 24% of people had been bothered by noise from outside their home in the last 12 months.
  • 31% of people had taken energy-saving measures in the last year.  The most commonly-undertaken measures were replacement windows or external doors (13% of people who had taken energy-saving measures), and installing a new boiler (10%).
