Main points
- 24% of people had been bothered by noise from outside their home in the last 12 months.
- 31% of people had taken energy-saving measures in the last year. The most commonly-undertaken measures were replacement windows or external doors (13% of people who had taken energy-saving measures), and installing a new boiler (10%).
