This report looks at ease and difficulty making GP appointments, satisfaction with care received at GP and hospital appointments and use of Welsh when accessing healthcare services.

Main points

  • 33% find it difficult to make a GP appointment at a convenient time; half of those people said they would prefer an appointment after 6pm.
  • 95% of people aged 75+ were satisfied with care received at their last hospital appointment, compared with 82% of those aged 16 to 24.
