The Home Energy Efficiency Schemes (Categories of Works and Maximum Amounts of Grant) (Wales) (Amendment) Determination 2007 (2007 No. 13)

This Determination allows for the provision of coal central heating, as an option under the Home Energy Efficiency Scheme, to eligible households who are generally not on the mains gas network and who may not have previously been able to receive assistance under the Scheme. This Scheme is being made under Section 15 of the Social Security Act 1990 as amended by Section 142 of the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996.
