The Home Energy Efficiency Scheme (Categories of Works and Maximum Amounts of Grant) (No.3) (Wales) Determination 2006 (2006 No. 67)

The Determination provides revised grant levels for the HEES and will also allow oil central heating to be provided as a measure to qualifying households, generally households who are not on the mains gas network, are in receipt of a qualifying benefit and who may not have previously been able to receive assistance under the Scheme. This Scheme is being made under Section 15 of the Social Security Act 1990, as amended by section 142 of the Housing Grants and Regeneration Act 1996.
