This Confirmation Instrument confirms the Gwynedd Council (Construction of Pont Briwet Road Bridge) Scheme 2011, made by Gwynedd Council on 18 October 2011. The Scheme makes provision for the construction of a road bridge over the River Dwyryd estuary, south of Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd.
