Research Officers (ROs) assist policy colleagues, other analysts, and external partners to scope and plan research projects in support of departmental priorities.

Main duties include:

  • contributing to the commissioning and management of external contracts
  • carrying out in-house data analysis and small-scale research projects
  • communicating research findings to various stakeholders.
