On 19 February 2024, the UK Government Home Office announced changes to Ukraine visa schemes.
The guidance on these pages is being updated and changes will be reflected as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please refer to the UK Government guidance for information about Ukraine visa schemes.
Before you travel to Wales and the UK
You need permission to enter the UK.
If you have settled family in the UK, you can apply for the Ukraine Family Scheme visa (on GOV.UK) for free.
If you do not have settled family in the UK, apply for a visa under the Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme (on GOV.UK) (also known as ‘Homes for Ukraine’) for free.
