Fuel poverty data linking project: initial findings on the impact of the Warm Homes Nest Scheme

The overall aim of this project is to explore the impact of home energy efficiency measures on the health and wellbeing of recipients.

This report presents further findings of an analysis of administrative data for the Welsh Government Warm Homes Nest Scheme linked to routine health records. The study explores the impact of home energy efficiency measures on the health of recipients i.e. levels of emergency hospital admissions for cardiovascular and respiratory conditions; numbers of GP events for respiratory conditions and asthma; numbers of prescriptions for asthma and infection.
