Original consultation

This framework aims to help develop local plans and strategies to address drug and alcohol-related crime and disorder and antisocial behaviour in towns and cities.

Consultation description

The night time economy concerns economic activity which occurs between 6pm to 6am.

This includes:

  • restaurants
  • pubs
  • clubs
  • music venues
  • late-opening shops
  • associated businesses such as taxi services.

We are seeking responses from a wide range of stakeholders, particularly:

  • local authorities
  • health boards
  • community safety leads
  • police Licensing Officers
  • business communities.
