- interviews and focus groups with people living with dementia and their carers across Wales
- interviews with practitioners working with people with dementia, their carers, and families
- a review of Regional Partnership Board (RPB) Dementia Action Plan (DAP) activities for the year 2023 to 2024
- a synthesis of the findings from the first and second phases of the evaluation, concluding with a final summary and a series of recommendations to guide the successor arrangements for the DAP
