We want your views on proposals to change the way fees are charged by letting agents, landlords and third parties to tenants in the private rented sector.
Consultation description
We are consulting on the nature and level of fees being charged to determine:
- which fees, if any, are justifiably being charged to tenants
- fees paid by landlords to agents
- possible consequences of banning fees.
