Delivery of two Shared Apprenticeship Pilots commenced in September 2007.
The evaluation study commenced with an inception phase, followed by:
- review of documentation and monitoring information
- stakeholder and delivery partner consultations
- depth discussions and focus groups with learners
- depth discussions with employers
- follow-up interviews with learners who have completed their Shared Apprenticeship
