The main aim of the study was to undertake an impact evaluation of the work of NIACE Dysgu Cymru in Wales, that will help shape future direction, priorities and activities.

It was emphasised from the outset that the study should focus upon the work of NIACE Dysgu Cymru as defined in contracts held between the organisation and the Welsh Assembly Government.
