Regulations to ensure the representative of a child’s parent who lacks capacity, or a young person who lacks capacity, can bring certain claims on behalf of that individual under the Equality Act 2010.

Following approval by the Senedd on 23 March, these regulations were made on 24 March 2021 under the Equality Act 2010 and will come into force on 1 September 2021.
