The development allowing buyers to transfer created SPDs within Sell2wales to eTenderwales is complete.
We are currently updating user guides and will be hosting a series of demo sessions on how the new process will work over the coming months. If you are interested in attending one of these demo sessions, please e-mail: ICTProcurement@gov.wales
Decommissioning of the Supplier qualification information database SQuID
We are working towards the removal of SQuID from Sell2Wales on 31 December 2021.
Document retention
All users of eTenderwales and Sell2Wales are reminded that documents should be extracted from the system and stored in your organisation’s own document storage system, in line with your document retention policy. Our eProcurement systems are not intended to be document storage systems, and any data that you wish to retain needs to be extracted and stored appropriately for each procurement.
