Consultation description
The Water Act 2014 sets out a new framework for the regulation of charging in the water industry.
We want your views on draft charging guidance to Ofwat the independent economic regulator of the water and sewerage sector in England and Wales for:
- new connections to water and sewerage networks (developer charges )
- bulk supply and bulk discharge
- access to water company networks.
