The Directions to Local Health Boards as to the Statement of Financial Entitlements (Amendment) Directions 2006 (2006 No. 20)

These Directions set out the payments that GMS contractors are entitled to under their GMS contract. The Directions are being made under sections 28T & 126(4) of the National Health Services Act 1977 after consulting in accordance with section 28T(4) of the Act.
