Requiring LHBs and NHS Trusts in Wales to provide medicines recommended by NICE within two months of the of publication of the Final Appraisal Determination and to provide medicines recommended by the All Wales Medicines Strategy Group and endorsed by the Welsh Ministers within two months of the endorsement.
