The legislation establishing Digital Health and Care Wales and the directions defining its work.
The Digital Health and Care Wales (Establishment and Membership) Order 2020 (on legisation.gov.uk) established Digital Health and Care Wales (‘DHCW’) as a Special Health Authority.
The Order confirms DHCW is to exercise functions as directed by the Welsh Ministers in connection with the matters set out within the Order. The following directions have been issued:
