The aim of this Framework is to provide a basis for a programme of research and evaluation to support Cymraeg 2050: A million Welsh speakers.
It is designed to be used by the Welsh Government and by other organisations with an interest or role in collecting evidence and data in relation to the delivery and outcomes of Cymraeg 2050.
