We are proposing changes to the guidance for local authorities when deciding to charge extra council tax.
Consultation description
We have updated the guidance to reflect the changes to council tax policy in Wales. We have provided guidance on the administration, enforcement and reporting premiums charged for:
- long-term empty properties
- second homes
