This consultation will help us understand if a contaminated land strategy is needed or whether a different approach will be more effective.
Consultation description
This consultation covers contaminated land dealt with under the Part 2A regime. It highlights the opportunities for contaminated land to be managed as part of redevelopment and regeneration work. It discusses:
- the amount of contaminated land in Wales
- the risks
- legislation
- the aspects of dealing with it.
Audience
This consultation will be of interest to:
- regulators
- industry
- land forums and
- third (voluntary) sector organisations such as Keep Wales Tidy and Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens.
