Original consultation
We are consulting on the revised Code of Guidance for Local Authorities on the Allocation of Accommodation and Homelessness 2015 with a wide range of partner organisations.
Consultation description
The Welsh Ministers produce the “Code of Guidance for Local Authorities on the Allocation of Accommodation and Homelessness” (“the Code of Guidance”) for local authorities in respect of their functions under Parts VI and VII of the Housing Act 1996.
The current Code of Guidance was last updated in 2012. As there have been changes to legislation case law and Welsh Government policy a further up-date is now required.
