Juliet Lyon is a member of the Commission on Justice in Wales
Ms Lyon recently retired as Director of the Prison Reform Trust and is a former Secretary General of Penal Reform International. She had a lead role on women’s justice as a Commissioner of the UK Women’s National Commission. She is currently Visiting Professor of the School of Law, Birkbeck, University of London and Chair of the Independent Advisory Panel on Deaths in Custody.
