Item 1: Agree minutes of the previous meeting (4 March 2024)
1.1 The First Minister welcomed attendees to the first meeting of the Oversight Board under his tenure. The Board noted the previously approved minutes of the previous meeting of 4 March.
Item 2: Co-operation Agreement Update: Summer term 2024
2.1 The First Minister and Leader of Plaid Cymru noted the Co-operation Agreement Summer term update. The Board was grateful for the update, noting the significant amount of work in train and those areas which would be reaching decision points to be made ahead of the summer recess. The Board noted the significance of the day with Stage 4 of the Senedd Cymru (Members and Elections) Bill taking place that afternoon.
Item 3: Issues to raise
3.1 The Board noted that Cabinet had reached a decision to pursue reforms on council tax from 2028.
