Attendees were welcomed to the meeting.

The minutes of the last meeting of 8 September 2020 were agreed.
3. Safeguarding procedures
The group considered information from the Welsh Government on current safeguarding procedures and how this links with diversion from criminal justice. The process will be tested in early 2021.
4. Discussion
The group explored the suitability of approaches for diversion.
5. Next Steps
Another meeting of the OOCDs & Diversion Scheme Task and Finish Group to be arranged for early January.
