The report considers licencing arrangements for child performances across Wales and suggests improvements to guidance and the approach.

The report sets out findings and suggestions for future improvements which focus on policy guidance, managing demand for licences, staff training and inspections.

It also highlights differences in policy and practice amongst Wales, Scotland, England and Northern Ireland. It invites Welsh Government to consider adopting good practice from within Wales and other parts of the UK.
