We want your views on changing fees for planning and related applications to help improve cost recovery for local planning authorities (LPAs).
Consultation description
The aim of application fees is to recover the costs of LPAs in providing a development management service. Fee levels do not currently cover the costs of running these services.
We are seeking your views on:
- Amending the existing fee levels for planning and related applications,
- Introducing a fee for Certificates of Appropriate Alternative Development.
