The Caldicot And Wentlooge Internal Drainage Board (Chairperson’s Allowance) Order 2006 (2006 No. 87)

This Order proposes to increase the allowance paid to the Chairperson of the Caldicot and Wentlooge Internal Drainage Board in line with the post holder’s responsibilities and tasks. This allowance has remained unchanged since 1942. The Order is being made under paragraph 1(1) of Schedule 2 to the Land Drainage Act 1991.
